General Insurance Broker
[11/15/16]- Prospect for new clients via a number of different lead generation techniques e.g Beneple, Safe & Sound, Door-Knocking, Networking, Referrals
- Manage all prospects via Hubspot
- Book meetings with prospects to move into the sales process
- Complete fact find and first meeting journey with potential clients and if sale opportunity is there manage all through broker sales on Hubspot
- Educate the clients on their existing policies
- Collect documentation from client to quote on general insurance
- Check documents provisionally
- Liaise with Admin team to manage the quotations process and documentation to accurately prepare quotations
- Liaise with Insurance providers and respective representatives during quotation and post sale process
- Book secondary meetings and move prospects to clients in Hubspot and then fully explain the post-sale confirmation to the client
- To complete all weekly stats and go through in a weekly meeting
- To manage all clients and see on at least a quarterly basis for review
- Understand the 4 stages of the sales track and deliver on KPI’s
- Attend all training and development for sales or product based knowledge
- Quarterly review with manager to go through KPI’s and manage career path with HR Manager and Manager
