We are recruiting for a full-time Administrator to be based in our Abu Dhabi office. The role will require the provision of effective administrative services for the Director and the International Team, including:
• Compilation and presentation of contracts and reports for new business approval
• Co-ordinate with Customers and the UK Office
• Arrangement of all travel and accommodation
• Minute taking in International Team Meetings
• Preparation of weekly itinerary for Director
• Preparation of monthly reports

Education:

Degree in Business Administration. Excellent IT skills. Proficient in English Language. Should have significant experience within the same field.
