Shop Global is currently hiring Order fulfillment Cum Customer Support Coordinator in Dubai.
Only Male Philippine Nationals may apply with E commerce warehouse experience

Required Skills:
Candidate must have excellent English written and verbal skills.
Must be well versed with Excel, email writing and customer support.

Job to include but not limited to the below :
1.Receive, manage, packaging and dispatch of shipments from different courier channels to Logistic partners.
2. Update logistic data.
3. Follow up on couriers for inbound and out bound deliveries.
4. Inventory update. Stock update
5. All after sales customer calls should also be managed.
