VAM Systems is currently looking for Project Manager - Omni-Channel Distribution Platform for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Minimum Requirements of Role
Secondary or Tertiary Education:
• Master’s Degree

Role Related Training Received:
• PMP
• Change Management
• (Scrum Master)

Years of experience: Minimum 7 years

Job Purpose
• Transform distribution capabilities through an Omni channel (*) Sales Platform for our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business lines
• Grow our E-commerce, E-partnership capabilities through enhanced online capabilities, and APIs
• Provide a flexible platform for Product configuration & Pricing
• Provide straight thru subscription process by offering quotation and policy issuance capabilities on a single platform, accessible to brokers as well

(*) channels: direct sales (E-commerce, Call center, Branches, SME Sales unit), Brokers, Affinity partners (e.g. Travel agencies, Banks)

Key competencies
• Strong Project Management methodology (scope control, planning skills, budget control)
• Stakeholders management (from quality executive summaries to the sponsors/top management, to clear communication/guidelines towards the project team and the vendors)
• Assertiveness: capacity to challenge both business priorities and IT solutions’ complexity
• IT knowledge and experience of coordinating multiple teams and providers on IT integration projects
• Experience of iterative and frequent IT deliveries
• Insurance processes knowledge (underwriting, quotation, subscription, policy issuance and administration)
