Nair Systems is currently looking for Technical Lead – Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation for our Qatar operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Skills and Experience:
Should have relevant experience of 12+ years and work in the analysis, development, configuration, implementation and support of payment related business applications in, Java, Angular, J2EE, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, Microservices, Struts, Spring, SQL, , jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XHTML, XML and Bootstrap technologies by effectively mapping the business requirements to out of box product functionalities, taking up supported customizations where applicable, testing and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• knowledge related to Fusion Trade innovation, Fusion payment manager, Fusion fabric connect with Integration modules TICC, TIEQ, EQMM & associated SDK customization capabilities is advantage.
• Hands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies including Springs, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Hibernate, SQL, JDBC, JPA, EJB and Servers like IBM Web Sphere, Apache Tomcat, JBoss and Database Servers like Oracle, DB2, MySQL and iReport is must
• Commendable verbal and written skills, especially around Technical documentation like HLD, LLD, TSD Architectural, ERD/ORM etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.
• Adeptness to work under pressure, multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Comprehensive knowledge in Banking especially Corporate Trade and associated products & services area is advantage.
• Effective collaboration and investigative skills & the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
• Exposure and experience in IBM MQ, Active MQ, JBOSS, TOMCAT, required.
• Good knowledge in Crystal reports, other reporting tools
Responsibilities
• Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements, existing implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects of. Java, Angular, J2EE, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, Microservices, Struts, Spring, SQL, , jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XHTML, XML and Bootstrap applications including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, optimization and development of business requirements.
• Responsible for the implementation & enhancement on Finastra Trade & Payment Products Fusion Trade Innovation & Fusion Payment Manager related solutions
• Able to articulate the process flows and technical designs around it.
• Take lead in any external integrations within our bank eco-system and or customer/ partner solutions / products and implement the technical integration successfully.
• Ensure systems are strictly comply with regulatory requirements.
• Require capabilities to co-ordinates with multiple product Vendors/Partners/Customers/Stake holders
• Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
• Experience working in a structured waterfall / agile development process
• Participate in the set-up and deployments in all environments including production.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT
• Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture
• Support the training of team members on existing business processes, application issues and required tools
• Logical analysis & strong in programming skills
• Readily available libraries knowledge to use and integrate for predefined features
• Document all requirements functionally and technically
